Additional assistance has been provided by Teri Ensign, and the AIA-S chapters from Arapahoe Community College & UCD “College of Architecture & Planning), as well as an independently staffed program at McAuliffe International School.

In total, 16 schools and 18 classrooms of students – plus the entire 6th grade @ McAuliffe – are taking part in design activities.

CAL workshops were completed as noted below:

Year One Training – Jan 16, 2013 @ UCD College of Architecture & Planning

Teachers Sarah Pearlstein (Valdez Elem), Sarah Holderman (Traylor Elem), & Michelle Gallardo (Place Bridge Academy) engage in a workshop activity.

Year Two Training – Jan. 30, 2013 @ Daniels Fund Building

Cassie Perlmutter (Stedman Elementary & Hill Campus for the Arts and Science) with Fritz Gale (RNL Design) discussing design curriculum plans for spring term.

Year Three Training – Feb. 13, 2013 @ Denver Art Museum
