Denver’s newest landmark luxury apartment buildings, the twin 32-story Country Club Towers II and III, developed by Broe Real Estate Group, an affiliate of The Broe Group, reached its final height of 328 feet in February 2017. Construction of the buildings, which are located in the West Wash Park neighborhood near the intersection of South Downing Street and East Bayaud Street, started in May of 2015 and the first units will be available to renters in August of this year. Visit http://towers2and3.com/ for leasing information.

The 558 apartments will be built to the highest quality, energy-efficient standards. All apartments will have floor-to-ceiling windows, granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances and washers/dryers. The buildings feature a lap pool with 26,000-square-foot deck, a fitness center, a yoga room, property-wide Wi-Fi, multiple outdoor patios, a bike repair station, a dog washing area and an indoor common kitchen and clubhouse. The project also includes 985 structured parking spaces with a car wash area.

Apartment units in the adjacent Country Club Gardens and Towers are simultaneously being renovated using the highest quality materials. Construction plans include installation of a signal at Downing and Bayaud streets to address existing traffic challenges. In addition, several acres of the development have been left as park-like public spaces to ensure that property maintains its character.

The project was approved by the Denver City Council more than 12 years ago and is consistent with zoning that has been in place for more than 50 years. Broe Real Estate Group is working with the Landmark Preservation Commission and other partners and stakeholders to ensure the best possible project for the city, the neighborhood and residents.
