Denver’s newest landmark luxury apartment buildings, the twin 32-story Country Club Towers II and III, developed by Broe Real Estate Group, an affiliate of The Broe Group, reached its final height of 328 feet in February 2017.

Construction of the buildings, which are located in the West Wash Park neighborhood near the intersection of South Downing Street and East Bayaud Street, started in May of 2015 and the first units will be available to renters in August of this year.

The project was approved by the Denver City Council more than 12 years ago and is consistent with zoning that has been in place for more than 50 years.
