The Source Hotel is a culinary complex and lifestyle hotel in the heart of Denver’s vibrant RiNo Art District. It expands on the nationally recognized Source market hall, a collection of top food and beverage artisans set in an 1880’s iron foundry.


In partnership with the group behind Boulder’s acclaimed St Julien Hotel, the 100-room, eight-story tower is The Source’s modern counterpoint, with rooms characterized by natural light, fresh air and views of the Colorado mountains and downtown Denver skyline.


Guestrooms showcase a design-forward yet timeless aesthetic featuring comfy beds and minibars stocked by our market hall vendors. High ceilings, expansive windows and operable glass garage doors flood the spaces with natural light. Custom Baltic birch casework and small touches like vintage cook books complement sweeping city or mountain views.


Two market halls totaling 45,000 square feet make up the foundation of the Source Hotel’s culinary complex, with a collection of 25 artisans including a bakery, taqueria, modern wood-fired restaurant, barber, art gallery, kitchen goods shop, and barbecue. The eighth-floor terrace features The Woods – an indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant, pool and beer garden – showcasing New Belgium’s brews with panoramic views of the mountains and downtown.


The experience begins at check-in, where guests are handed a New Belgium beer and can see the brewing process first-hand at the brand’s first Denver production brewery, just off the lobby. Other amenities include a 2,300-square-foot modern event space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fitness center and an on-site parking garage.
