The new DaVita World Headquarters building, a striking 14-story composition of glass, metal, and stone, is located adjacent to the Millennium Bridge on the 16th Street Mall. It has been specifically designed by the team of MOA ARCHITECTRE and Acquilano Leslie to enhance DaVita’s corporate culture through numerous special features.

- Conference Level
To enhance the sense of community within the DaVita “Village”, the building core has been opened up with three two-story indoor gardens. Each garden has a special element of its own, including a two-story water feature, towering aspen trunks, and a suspended ski gondola which can be used as an informal meeting space. These indoor oases open through the center of the building, encouraging collaboration among DaVita teammates.
Ski Lift for Photo Opportunities with Visitors
Easy access to fresh air is extremely important to the DaVita community. Consequently, the building has been designed with three separate outdoor terraces. The largest is located on the 14th floor and stretches 6,000 square feet, offering trees, a kitchen garden, outdoor dining, and comfortable lounge seating surrounding a fire pit, as well as one of the best panoramic mountain views in Denver.

- DaVita CEO Kent Thiry Posing as Musketeer with Motto “All for One and One for All”
Also located on the 14th floor is the DaVita Market Place – a large gathering / dining space with panoramic mountain views. It offers a full service kitchen with 5 different food stations, a warm and inviting fireplace Inglenook, and a private dining room for 16, and a balcony cantilevered over 16th Street with city views the full length of the mall.

- DaVita Top Floor Market Place with Breathtaking Views
The team designed this new world headquarters to truly encompass the connectedness and open communication of the DaVita culture – a community first, a company second.
