Belleview Station Master Plan Walking Tour
May 21, 2026
About the tour: Experience the Belleview Station neighborhood on foot to understand how thoughtful urban design can promote activity and interaction between people and their environment. Guides from Shears Adkins Rockmore, Civitas, and Front Range Land & Development Co. will share the unique story and challenges of bringing the Belleview Station master plan to life and the importance of this transit-oriented development in Denver. The tour will include a walk through the development and a look inside office, residential, and hospitality spaces throughout. Afterwards, enjoy beer and beverages for sale with the design team.
About Belleview Station: Officially launched in 2012, Belleview Station today consists of three residential buildings, three office buildings, and nearly 130,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and is still growing. The master plan was driven by a unique opportunity to develop 40 acres with excellent access to the Denver Region via public transportation and freeways. With easy access to RTD Light Rail, the I-25 corridor, and bicycle and pedestrian pathways, this transit-oriented master plan showcases how urban design can promote activity and interaction between people and their environment on both an urban and pedestrian scale.
About the tour guides: Andy Rockmore, AIA, is a Principal at SAR+ and plays a central role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on planning, mixed-use development, and affordable housing. He thrives on collaboration, working closely with clients and consultants to create places that are thoughtful, economically viable, and lasting contributions to their communities. As a team and project leader, Andy has guided many of the firm’s most complex planning efforts, including the Colorado Academy Campus master plan, the Stadium District master plan, the Gates District at Broadway Station, and the Ball Arena redevelopment and bridges. He also played a key role in the master planning of the Belleview Station district, bringing valuable insight into its vision and evolution as a transit-oriented community.
Craig Vickers, RLA, has been a leader within Civitas since joining the firm in 1990. His passion for the integration of urbanism and health drives his tireless pursuit of distinct, beautiful, and lasting public spaces, and his dedication to human expression through design, coupled with his love of nature, brings meaning and authenticity to his work. Craig’s experience ranges from public space and park design to the planning and design of more contemplative environments, such as Belmar Town Center, the San Diego Convention Center Expansion, and the Stapleton Park Open Space System.
Trey Warren is an architect and Vice President of Front Range Land and Development, the master development entity for Belleview Station in Denver, Colorado. He has played a leading role in shaping the vision, planning, and implementation of Belleview Station as a Transit-Oriented urban district, helping guide the project from entitlement through its ongoing evolution. Working at the intersection of architecture, urban design, and development, Trey oversees master planning and visioning efforts for Belleview Station as they continue to respond to changing market conditions and the long-term needs of the city. He collaborates closely with the vertical development community to advance projects consistent with the site’s General Development Plan, infrastructure framework, and broader design vision. His work has also included negotiating key land and development agreements that have helped translate the project’s planning and design vision into an implementable urban district.
