Sunset Amphitheater Hard Hat Tour (Members Only)

Please pay close attention to which tour you sign up for. There are two tours on the same day at different times, and due to limited group sizes, we will not be able to make changes after your ticket purchase.
About the tour: This tour will give DAF Members an exclusive look at Sunset Amphitheater in Colorado Springs before construction is completed. If you are not yet a DAF member and would like to attend this tour, please read the benefits of membership and become a member here. DAF Membership will be verified upon ticket purchase.
To allow a buffer due to the commute from Denver as well as give you a chance to mingle with other members, there will be a brief reception prior to the start of each tour. Refreshments are included in ticket price, full details will be in your confirmation email.
About the building: The Sunset Amphitheater is an 8,000-capacity, state-of-the-art venue right in the heart of the Polaris Pointe development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Once complete the development will offer an unparalleled view of the sun setting over Pikes Peak, America’s mountain, flanked by the United States Air Force Academy stadium and the renowned Air Force glass chapel.
Various amenities, including 90 privately owned VIP luxury fire pit suites, Roth’s Seafood and Chophouse 5-star fine dining restaurant, and Brohan’s top-shelf rooftop bar, boasting over 150 of the most sought-after bourbons available, will make for an unforgettable and world-class dining and entertainment experience for every patron who visits.
The venue will be programmed and operated by AEG Presents. AEG Presents is one of the largest live music companies in the world. The company is dedicated to all aspects of live contemporary music performances, including producing and promoting global and regional concert tours, music events and world-renowned festivals. AEG Presents produces and promotes more than 11,000 shows annually worldwide.
About the tour guide: Chloe Hoeft represents Notes Live as Vice President of Marketing Communications. Hoeft is a passionate communicator, with a proven history of success in sales and marketing. Hoeft has been in the entertainment industry for 8 years including working for organizations such as Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA), and the Minnesota Twins Triple-A affiliate, The Saint Paul Saints. Advisory Member of The Colorado Springs Salvation Army, Hoeft has been awarded The 2023 Rising Star by Colorado Springs Business Journal, and nominated for 2023 Young Professional of the Year by the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Denver in Public Relations.
Accessibility: We will be walking 4-5 minutes from the meeting location to the Amphitheater, and again at the conclusion of the tour to get back to our cars.

******* IMPORTANT *******
This is an active construction site and anything can happen. PPE (hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses) is required for this tour. DAF will have loaner sets available for use, but if you would prefer to bring your own, please do so.
For safety purposes, attendees’ clothing must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Close-toed sturdy shoes: Boots do not have to be steel toe. Hiking boots are permitted if they are durable and at least ankle high. Tennis shoes, high heels, sandals, flip flops, and fashion boots are not acceptable footwear for the tour.
- Full-length pants or jeans: Pants must be long enough to touch the top of your shoes. Shorts, capri pants, skirts and dresses should not be worn.
- Shirts with minimum four-inch sleeves.
