9+CO

This site was formerly home to the University of Colorado medical campus. The original structures have since been demolished and replaced with a modern mixed-use development featuring commercial retail, office space, and nearby residential apartments. One block away, the historic nurses’ dormitory has been preserved and is slated for future renovation, with plans to maintain and restore its exterior to honor its historical significance.
