The Sudler

The Sudler at 1576 Sherman Street was designed by architect James Sudler in the 1960’s for the Daly Insurance Company. Mainspring purchased the building in 2021 and removed all the later year modifications, stripping the building down completely to its original shell and rebuilding back up with  luxurious finishes appropriate to such an iconic building, including the reinstallation of exterior rings as a nod to the architectural “sunshade” wrapping the original building which have long since disappeared after being removed.
