Hard Hat Tour: SOVA on Grant
March 11
Join DAF for an all-access Hard Hat Tour of the new uptown apartment complex, SOVA on Grant! Tour-goers will be greeted in the main lobby by Dori Brewer, Vice President of Multifamily Operations, and David Jaudes, Vice President of Multifamily Development, both from McWhinney Real Estate, as well as the team from Greystar (onsite management group), which includes Mallori Scandore, Community Manager, Michelle Joyce, Regional Manager, and Heather Ruszka, Senior Director of Greystar.
McWhinney project leaders will give a high-level overview of SOVA on Grant. The group will then be led on a site tour to see first-hand different room types and amenity spaces.

Amenities include a 12th story Après Lounge amenity space with spa, fitness center with steam showers, golf simulator, DIY ski and bike repair and storage, onsite resident event programming, paw spa and controlled access garage parking.
