Recap: Hard Hat Tour – The Pullman

Our September Hard Hat Tour of The Pullman, the newest addition to the city’s Lower Platte Valley area, took place on September 11, 2019. On this tour, we saw select finished units in addition to a top level review of penthouses and rooftop amenities. The tour also included the ground floor building access, back-of-house facilities and building functions. A representative from The Mulhern Group guided the tour and offered information about the zoning and building codes in conjunction with the adjacent building.

About the project:
The 14-story Pullman building stands on one of the last remaining building sites in the Lower Platte Valley. Conjoined with the adjacent 300+ unit 5-story Alara apartment building, the 168 unit apartment building has four 2-story penthouses planned for future condominium conversion. It’s location at the turn on Wewatta Street and 19th Street anchors development at the edge of the Platte Valley and has guaranteed views of the city and front range from its prominent position across from Union Station. The brick and glass facade steps and skews to respond to the site.
