About the Tour: Located just one mile north of downtown Denver, RiNo is a hub for creativity and innovation, where art, culture and industrial design converge to create a unique and dynamic atmosphere. RiNo is the ciy’s first urban retail neighborhood and has quickly become a popular destination for visitors looking to experience the city’s thriving social scene. The district is home to a diverse community of artisans, makers and residents and boasts an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and shops. The walking tour will focused on 150,000 square feet of retail in RiNo’s historic Five Points neighborhood, along Larimer and Walnut and 26th and 27th.
About the Tour Guide: As Senior Vice President of Development, Thomas is instrumental in managing teams and leading strategic planning of large-scale redevelopments across EDENS’ highly diversified national portfolio of real estate assets. He currently leads the strategic direction and implementation of two brand-defining mixed-use urban revitalization projects: RiNo–27th & Larimer, and Union Market District, a 45-acre destination in Washington, DC, attracting more than 3 million visitors annually.
