Concord Energy HQ | DOD 2026 Insider Tour
September 25 & September 26, 2026
About the tour: Rooted in adaptive reuse, this Denver office embraces the beauty of the existing structure through exposed wood timbers, refined steel elements, and expansive natural light. The design highlights the dialogue between old and new, allowing historic materials to inform a contemporary workplace experience. The result is an innovative, flexible environment that honors the building’s past while supporting the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
About the building: Led by OZ Architecture, this project was an interior adaptive reuse project of an existing commercial space. The project team completed renovations across 3 floors of the building, with approximately 10,000 square feet of space per level. The design consists of intentional interior office space and tenant amenities, including fitness and wellness programs.
