Recap: Denver’s Dairy Block

DAF and tour guides Don Cloutier, General Manager of the Dairy Block, and Emily Schwartz, Denver Milk Market Director of Operations, explored this hip new area in downtown Denver on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.

We began the tour at Denver Milk Market, an all-local, all-wonderful mix of take-away and dine-in restaurants and bars run by Colorado chef Frank Bonanno. From there, we visited CTRL Collective, an upscale coworking and collaborative workspace. We then headed to The Maven, a uniquely crafted hotel and innovative anchor tenant. We also made our way through Denver’s first pedestrian alley, full of curated art, and had a stop at Blanchard Family Wines. The group ended the tour at Aesop, located within Free Market – an ever-evolving collective that develops and markets curated products, services and experiences by combining incubator strategy with artistic understanding and infrastructure strength.
