Tuesday, June 21, 2022

About the tour: Join DAF for an exciting first look at AMLI Broadway Park, a mixed-use apartment community currently being built in the Broadway Park District. Isabelle Lockwood, Vice President of Development for AMLI, and David Daniel, Principal at Davis Partnership Architects, will provide a sneak peek of the expansive retail and coworking space on the building’s ground floor and showcase the state-of-the-art unit design. Tour-goers will also have access to amenities like the fitness center, exterior courtyards and library.

About the building: AMLI Broadway Park is a 373-unit apartment community developed by AMLI Residential and designed by Davis Partnership Architects. It is located within the Broadway Park District, a 75-acre neighborhood less than 2.5 miles south of downtown Denver. For residents, the building offers amenities like a 24/7 gym, ample coworking and work-from-home space, landscaped courtyards and a rooftop deck and swimming pool. The building will welcome the public through ground floor retail that opens to a 20,000-square-foot plaza called the Mercado. Open spaces, public art and pedestrian-friendly streetscapes will be located throughout the Broadway Park District to support indoor/outdoor living and working.

About the tour guides: Isabelle Lockwood, VP of Development, oversees AMLI’s development activity in Denver. Prior to joining AMLI in 2018, she worked for the Sun Valley EcoDistrict and the Denver Housing Authority developing affordable housing. Isabelle received a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College.

David Daniel, Principal at Davis Partnership Architects, has an expansive design portfolio that includes institutional, civic, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and multi-family residential projects. His tenure at Davis Partnership has been built on his previous experience as the Director of Design at two of the city’s most renowned design firms and has afforded him the privilege of leading the design on many of the region’s most recognized projects.
