The Ramble Hotel | DOD 2026 Insider Tour

September 26, 2026

About the tour: Go behind the scenes of the 50 room boutique hotel in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. Explore the hand-cut brick, recessed grout lines, steel facade, and its use of reclaimed and refurbished materials that allow the building to stand out while blending in with contextual precedents set forth in Lower Downtown and the River North Art District.

The 50-room hotel is equally known for its dynamic public spaces, where hotel guests represent an ancillary part of the building’s vibrancy. Designed as a locals gathering place first and a hotel second, The Ramble has become as much a neighborhood destination as a place to stay.

About the hotel: The Ramble Hotel, designed by JNS Architecture & Design, opened on May 1, 2018, and was the first hotel to open in Denver’s industrial and artistic River North (RiNo) Arts District. The 50-room, locally owned and operated independent hotel is home to Death & Co Denver and was the first new outpost of Death & Co, the lauded cocktail bar from New York City’s East Village.

In a short while, The Ramble garnered a name as a highly sought-out, destination hotel, and has been recognized for its unique design and experience(s) all over the world. Megan Barber, writer for Conde Nast Traveler, summed the hotel up nicely by saying: “There’s not much about the first impression of The Ramble that feels like a hotel, and that’s a good thing. Instead, arriving feels like you’re visiting your neighbor’s living room, if your neighbor was a hip cocktail drinking antique furniture collector.” She went on, “This is a hotel for people who are sick of other hotels.
