Recap: Country Club Towers Hard Hat Tour

On Wednesday, August 16, 2017, we toured Country Club Towers II and II. 

Denver’s landmark luxury apartment buildings, the twin 32-story Country Club Towers II and III, developed by Broe Real Estate Group, an affiliate of The Broe Group, reached their final height of 328 feet in February 2017. Construction of the buildings, which are located in the West Washington Park neighborhood near the intersection of South Downing Street and East Bayaud Street, started in May of 2015.

The 558 apartments are built to the highest quality energy efficient standards. All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and washers and dryers. The buildings feature a lap pool with a 26,000-square-foot deck, a fitness center, a yoga room, property-wide Wi-Fi, multiple outdoor patios, a bike repair station, a dog washing area, and an indoor common kitchen and clubhouse.
