Hard Hat Tour: One River North (Members Only)
March 12 & March 23, 2024
As One River North prepares to open its doors this spring, we invite DAF members to get an inside look at this architectural marvel before it opens to the public. Easily recognizable by the canyon running through the 16 story building, One River North blends urban Denver living with natural elements. Designed by MAD Architects and Davis Partnership Architects, the building features 187 for-lease residences, open-air terraces, and soaring walls of glass. You don’t want to miss this!
This is a members only tour. DAF Membership will be verified upon ticket purchase. Click here to become a DAF member.
Please note that photography and video recording will not be allowed inside of the building.
About the tour guide: Originally from the Midwest, Senior Architect Tim Gordon joined Davis Partnership Architects in the fall of 2016 after stints at several architectural firms on the East and West Coast. While at Davis Partnership he has focused on commercial and multifamily projects in all phases of design and construction. While he is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling and working in the garden.
Accessibility: We will be moving between floors throughout this tour and will not have full access to the elevators. The group will use stairs to move up the building, stopping every 3-4 floors to view an amenity space or apartment unit until we reach the rooftop pool.
