We will include the following language in the description of your tour: Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather; wear comfortable walking shoes; and bring water, sunglasses and an umbrella, if appropriate. Children must be supervised at all times.

I understand that I am required to use a DAF provided portable PA system for my tour (some exceptions will be made).
The Denver Architecture Foundation is able to provide one volunteer per Insider Tour during Doors Open Denver weekend. Tour volunteers are trained to check in attendees to ensure only ticket purchasers are present, offer a brief DAF overview and help shepherd folks for the duration of the tour to ensure a quality experience.
I understand that based on tour type and DAF discretion, my tour may or may not receive a volunteer. Per DAF training protocol, the responsibilities of checking folks in, offering a DAF overview before my tour and shepherding attendees will be up to me, unless assigned a volunteer.
