About the mansion: The 38-room Neoclassical Revival mansion, designed by Denver architect Frederick Carl Eberley, was constructed 1902-1904. Adolph J. Zang, son of Bavarian immigrant Philip Zang, and his wife Minnie raised their family in the home and lived there for 50 years. Zang was the Owner and President of the Zang Brewing Company and was involved with many successful business ventures, becoming one of Denver’s ten millionaires in the late 1800s. Zang Mansion is a Denver Landmark, a Colorado Landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and currently serves as a professional office.

About the tour guides: Since 2017, Gina Seamans, a third-generation Colorado native, has assisted the current owner with locating, purchasing, restoring and placing historical artifacts and memorabilia throughout the mansion. She has spent countless hours interviewing Zang family members and reviewing historical documents with the goal of preserving the mansion’s rich history.
